1. Overview

Trip Dragon is a travel planning and booking platform focused on tourism in Bhutan. We provide:

• A DIY (Do-It-Yourself) trip planning tool
• Package tour options

2. Accounts

• Users must create an account to make bookings or access certain features.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for your account’s security and are liable for all activities under your account..
• Accounts may be suspended for misuse or policy violations.

3. Booking and Payments

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• All prices are in BTN, INR or USD and may include taxes or service charges.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store your card or banking details.

4. Visa Information

• Foreign nationals must provide valid visa details at booking.
• Trip Dragon helps facilitate the visa process, but cannot guarantee approval.
• Delays or rejections are outside our control and we are not liable for losses due to visa issues.
• Visa information is securely stored and deleted from our database once it has been processed.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that travel plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for trip packages booked through Trip Dragon:

Refunds based on cancellation date:

• More than 30 days before trip start: 90% refund (minus non-refundable fees)
• 15–30 days before: 50% refund
• 14 days or less before trip start, or no-show: No refund

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Do not impersonate others or provide false data.
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Provide false or misleading information

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect losses, delays, or issues arising from government actions, visa problems or third-party failures. The platform is provided “as-is” without warranties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding on Trip Dragon are owned by Trip Dragon or its licensors. Do not reproduce or use without written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms. Users will be notified of major updates via email or notification on the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bhutan. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Bhutanese law.
